Have just started a program there including Cryo Therapy, infrared sauna and the Bemer, which circulates blood. I’m looking forward to long term health with help from this facility and Markida!

I love the cryo treatments. I walked in one day in pain from a hip issue and literally walked out with no pain. The cryo treatment helped decrease the inflammation dramatically in just one session. I feel so good afterwards that I just keep coming back.

I have to recommend Cryotherapy Idaho in Driggs! The Jump Start is a really powerful way to start healing chronic pain. I did multiple sessions over the course of a week. I really noticed my joint pain and back pain went down dramatically right away. And now, 6 months later, I still feel better. I really recommend this therapy – it’s really worth it!

I started using the BEMER 2-3 times a week for 6 weeks. My energy level went up, and I was more relaxed. The best part was I began to sleep 8-9 hours a night. Before using the BEMER, 4 hours sleep was my maximum. Thanks Markida for bringing this to Teton Valley. AS

I was a major (MAJOR) migraine sufferer. After a month using BEMER have not had a migraine since! Broke both my feet (one in May and one in Aug) a few years ago. Used the BEMER on them a few times a day. Completely healed in 4 weeks and was back playing golf and walking the course. Thought the BEMER was a stupid purchase – but ends up being the best purchase we’ve ever made. SC
My experience with CRYO therapy has been great! I had suffered from extreme tendonitis in my ankle for over a year and a half. I signed up for the 6-Day Jump Start of double CRYO sessions as well as the BEMER sessions. I’ve gone back to hiking and have been trying a dance class which really tests my agility and faster foot movements. I can’t speak highly enough about the CRYO process and the results I’m seeing. Being a natural pessimist, I was uncertain as to the actual effects of CRYO Therapy. The pain that I had accepted to live with has been significantly reduced. The results of CRYO and BEMER for me, cannot be denied. RC
Just want to let you know how great the CRYO sauna, BEMER, and CELLUMA treatments have been for me. I can honestly say that the knee surgery I had on my meniscus healed very quickly by using the CRYO Sauna as well as the BEMER and the CELLUMA! I was having tremendous pain, swelling and redness in the joints of my fingers. I came in and you began wrapping my hands with the BEMER pad. The pain subsided following the first few sessions and I have been pain free since. I came in with a migraine and you wrapped my head with the BEMER ~~ it took the excruciating pain away right then and the headache was totally gone a few hours later. I have used CRYO Therapy, BEMER and the IFR Sauna. My doctor suggested I use the IFR Sauna and I was thrilled to know that we had one in town! All three of them are wonderful and have been instrumental in helping to better my health. CRYO Therapy makes people think or wonder why they would want to climb into something that makes them cold! I wondered that myself but was curious enough to give it a try. I have to say it was not what I thought it would be and it really did help. CRYO Therapy has been amazing for me! I tore a tendon in my hip and I supplemented the CRYO with physical therapy. The CRYO Sauna helped decrease the inflammation while the PT worked on strengthening. I literally walked in one day in great pain and after the CRYO treatment, I was able to walk out without pain. It helped that fast! My orthopedic doctor was intrigued and said he couldn’t believe Driggs had this amazing technology! WP
I have used all the services offered at CRYO Therapy Idaho and can say I see a significant benefit! The CELLUMA has helped fade the sunspots on my back from being extremely noticeable to almost gone. The BEMER is a miracle worker! After using the CRYO Sauna I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed. I have had terrible migraines and after being in the INFRARED Sauna for about 45 minutes my migraines leave very quickly.
